The Empty Hand (2021 and 2022)
Media and Marketing materials created for The Empty Hand Research and Development project, in tandem with The Student Workshop in February 2022.

Initial Bid Pack:
The Bid Pack was designed for the company’s committee. It is designed to convey all the information about the production including set design, budgeting, contingency plans, and more! The pack was constructed by me, Jessica Lingard-Nutt, and Leo Wynn. Below are some annotated example images from the Bid Pack. The full pack can be accessed above.
Title Page
Colour: Production publicity colour consistency. All publicity aimed to take advantage of black, dark grey, white, and red with the occasional burst of additional colour where necessary.
Page Layout:
Prominent title, delineating lines to break up the page, headings in brand colours, and lots of information for the committee to take in about the piece.
Audition Information and other Publicity:
Audition information, posted on The Student Workshop’s social media accounts. These posts are designed to convey information about the production to potential cast members, but they also needed to be far more succinct and only convey essential information.
Logo: Created by Leo Wynn, featured prominently on the first page and then throughout the pack.
Logo:
Consistent feature throughout.
Text:
Primary body of text broken into manageable paragraphs, but with enough detail for the committee to be aware of.
Colour: Colour scheme maintained, black, white and red as an accent colour
Design: Simple designs in keeping with the minimalist design that gives some idea to the reader of the plot and themes
Logo: Consistently present in marketing materials
Text: Bold font, large text that ensures information can be taken in and prevents overloading the reader with information
